Exopolitics Denmark was founded by Frederik Uldall in 2007.

It was formalized as an association in 2010 by Uldall and others.

It was renamed to UFO Denmark in 2018.

UFO Denmark was discontinued in 2024.

In 2025 Frederik Uldall founded the scientific UFO / UAP research network: Danish Network for UAP Studies - DNUS
